Sukanya is an Independent Consultant in Organization Strategy and Culture Coaching. She works on transformation projects and enabling a happy workforce, while focusing on adoption of plurality, sustainability and individual leadership. She is a passionate green head and an inclusion champion. She has had a 20-year-old corporate career with leading organisations such as Kearney, CII and Amex, where she led multicultural, international teams in India, US, and EMEA.

She is now focused on building world-class, self-leading, high-performing, high-learning teams, through simple, elegant, and experiential interventions. She serves with various partners such as GrowthSqapes, Spectre Corporate Finance and GreenEnco UK to deliver these outcomes. She holds an Executive PGDM from IMI New Delhi and a Bachelor of Science from St Xavier’s College Kolkata.
