Dr. Ruby Ray is a Turn Around Strategist in General Management and Brand Management Specialist with over two decades of experience in the industry in the subcontinent (having done the circuit of FMCG Organised Retails, Drones, AI and IoT with a passion for setting up footprints across uncharted territories).

Beginning with Microland Limited as a software programmer, Ruby subsequently worked across various verticals with Xerox Corporation, Hindustan Unilever, Pepsico, and Spencer’s Retail. She was instrumental in setting up Century LED Limited including the launch of the brand “MAGIK” and its state-of-the-art manufacturing unit.

As a venture-preneur, Ruby has set up an Ecological Food Business, a Manufacturing Unit specializing in Menstrual Health and Hygiene (MHH) Products and re-structured the working systems and processes of some of the Indigenous Craftsmen in preparedness towards making them more relevant for a sustainable world. Ruby continues to consult on Business Strategies and Brand Management and conducts workshops including training programs in various corporates and business schools as the Founding Director and CEO of Food Lexicon Pvt Ltd. She also runs a Communication and Media agency. Ruby also functions as the CEO and Founding Director for Action Lab 2050 Foundation, a social enterprise. A life member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs, Soroptimist International (in SIGBI region), Image Management Personnels’ Association, HerKey, BNI member, a Rotarian (in RID 3291), Secretary at RMB (RID 3291).
